An overview of the different memory areas of the 1630

The following material was adapted and compiled from the 1630 Bernina® Manual, the 1630 Library, package instructions from Blank Memory Keys, package instructions from Bernina® Theme Keys and class and teaching helps from Bernina® dealers.  There is no guarantee to the accuracy of the information.

VERY IMPORTANT:   The sewing machine must be off when inserting or removing a key. Programmed data can be lost and errors can occur in the memory of the machine as well as on the key if the key is removed before turning off the sewing machine.  The sewing machine and the computer must be off before inserting the interface cable into the sewing machine or computer.
