1630 Retreats and Workshops

In June 1999, Martie Sandell (the 'list mom' for the 1630 list) put together a retreat in San Diego for 1630 owners.  It was a rousing success!  Those on the list that weren't able to make it became resoundingly jealous of those that did -- and were prompted to organize more retreats and workshops!

1630-east coast-"Discovery Weekend"- Lancaster,PA.

DATES: Sun. Oct.10 and Mon. Oct.11 

WHERE: Eden Resort Complex--Lancaster,PA. 

FEE:   $125.00 which will include all classes, 4snacks, 2meals, fabric kits, classnotes,and an escorted trip to Patchwork Dollhouse to shop!! 

 Class times for both days are 8am to 5pm.

Carol Blevins local quilt teacher and quilt judge- "Tension free sewing-plus other goodies"

Carol Evans is setting up another 1630 retreat.  Bernina expert extraordinaire Mary Lou Nall will be there, along with the fantastically talented (and funny and friendly) Gina Butler.
