Updated 2/16/03:  Gina sent me some text for that heirloom stitch #25.  If you haven't seen Gina's heirloom stitches, then be sure to look at the Gina Butler's Heirloom Stitches page.  Gina wrote the Bernina Heirloom Stitches brochure -- how to create beautiful heirloom stitches with the built-in designing capabilities of our 1630s.  Gina now has an expanded booklet available for purchase!  Look at the Heirloom Stitches page for more info.

Updated: The link to the list of Sharable Stitches is now fixed.  I've also finally fixed the broken links to the last pages of the Sharable Stitches.  You can now access the stitches on pages 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35.  You can also access them via the text listing pages # 4 and 5.

I've also added a link to Gina Butler's web under Links We Love.  Gina does absolutely amazing work with her 1630.  Be sure to look at her pages not just for inspiration, but also for her Heirloom Stitches instructions -- now available from Gina.

Welcome to my web of pages about the Bernina® 1630 sewing machine.  I started putting this together soon after I bought my Bernina® 1630 machine and the Designer Software.  I noticed that the same questions were coming up over and over on the Quiltropolis 1630 list and thought that it'd be good to get the info written down in one place -- which is exactly what a FAQ is!  I've opted to keep this plain  -- nothing fancy -- preferring to get the information out quickly and simply, and to the widest audience.
